Introduction
We are owned and operated by TBC which is located in TBC.
These are the terms and conditions of www.verbbridge.com, which govern the use of the website for all users, so please make sure that you read them carefully. If there is anything in these terms and conditions that you do not agree with then you may not use this website.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions “company” refers to www.verbbridge.com. “Services” refers to the translation services that this website offers and “client” refers to you, or the party, that is requesting the company to provide the translation services.
Fees
The company provides different fees for all jobs requested on www.verbbridge.com, these will depend on the document length, the language and the deadline required. All fees are due ahead of the translation work taking place.
Delivery
There are three different delivery options depending on how urgent you need your translation:
1. Within 48 hours
2. Within 24 hours
The final price will vary depending on the urgency of the requested translation.
Payments
All payments shall be made by the client by the time specified, which is always ahead of the translation works being carried out.
All payments are processed online through a secure online payment provider and there are no additional handling fees or delivery charges for any of our services; all documents will be delivered electronically via email.
After a successful purchase has been made, you will see VerbBridge in your bank statement.
Cancellations
The client may cancel a translation assignment in writing ahead of the translator starting on the job at no charge. If the translator has begun working on the translation then all fees will still be due.
All cancellations are to be requested in writing as soon as possible.
Refund requests will need to be accompanied by the original documents along with the disputed translation and a full written letter explaining why you are requesting a refund.
Obligations
The company endeavours to ensure that it provides the client with an adequately qualified translator for the service they have requested. In the unlikely event that the service provided does not meet the client’s satisfaction, the company will assess the clients’ queries and if deemed necessary they will have the materials revised and/or proofread at no additional cost. Any issues regarding the quality of the completed work should be raised by the client within 30 days of the company submitting the final translation.
The following, however, is not covered:
- Preferential changes.
- Minor changes such as minimal typos and omissions which do not influence the overall sense of the translated text.
Clients will endeavour to provide the company with full and accurate information regarding the services that they have requested.
Confidentiality
Both the company and the client will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that all confidential information, including written and oral information, always remains confidential.
Non-solicitation
During the provision of the translation services of for a period of twelve months after the client shall not attempt to contact or solicit any translators, interpreters or linguists which have been engaged in the provision of the services.
Company Warranties
The company warrants that it has the authority to enter into and to perform all of the obligations under its agreement with the client. All warranties, terms and conditions, (which includes, without limitation, warranties and conditions as to a fitness for a particular purpose or for a merchantability) whether express or implied by statute or common law are excluded by the company to the extent that is permitted by law.
